Hubriphar has contributed in kind with HIV/AIDS and Immunology licences, its family of molecules and all its derivatives for all applications. The valuation related to the contribution in kind has been established based on real costs and was confirmed by an Auditor as requested by the Belgian Law. Hubriphar and H-Phar entered into a consulting agreement whereby Hubriphar offers, through Mrs. Margery and Dr. Vandevelde, to the Company, management services on a daily basis.
